Jagannath International Management School (JIMS), Vasant Kunj, New Delhi was established in 2003 as an Institute for higher education with an objective to provide high-quality education at the undergraduate level, under the auspices of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, the first state university of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. It was envisioned that the Institute would focus on providing quality higher education in three important professional disciplines: Management, Information Technology, and Mass Communication. Over the years the Institute has grown in its annual student intake and is also rated as one of the top 5 percent of colleges in the country, as per the A+ ranking awarded to it by NAAC, Bengaluru and among the top 4 HEIs in Delhi NCR as per the NIRF (Innovation) Ranking 2023.
This phenomenal success has been achieved by virtue of our uncompromising stance on the observance of the highest standards of academic excellence. We at JIMS believe that learning is a continuous and dynamic process and is not confined to classrooms only. We strive to make our students mature professionals by delivering academic inputs from a highly qualified, experienced, versatile faculty, industry exposure, and latest trends and developments of the corporate realm with the aid of Industry Visits, Guest Lectures, Seminars, Workshops, etc. The curriculum is devised in a way that it gives them a thorough understanding of all facets of Management, Mass Communication, and Information Technology.
